Hotel Europejski / Warsaw
DESIGN
Hotel Europejski was built in stages betwen 1855 and 1877 on the Royal Route based on the design by Henryk Marconi. For over 160 years, the building has been a silent witness to the history of Warsaw, as well as to the most important events in the history of Poland. The revitalization works started in 2014, carried out in close cooperation with the local and regional historical preservation officers, have restored the building’s former splendour, giving the hotel a new life. Today, the Europejsk is home to a five-star hotel of Raffles Hotels & Resorts, Raffles Europejski Warsaw and the largest private collection of the Polish contemporary art in Poland which includes over 450 works of more than 120 artists , as well as commercial and office spaces.

Hotel Deo / Gdańsk
DESIGN
Hotel Deo is being built in Gdańsk, it will stand along Chmielna street 10-22 on the corner of Stągiewna. Construction of the building started in the first quarter of 2016 and will end in May 2018. The general contractor for the building is Keller Polska, SOW Hotel invested in the construction of this investment, while the project was created in the studio of KD Kozikowski Design Pracownia Architektoniczna. Nearby, the Deo Plaza Wyspa Spichrzów complex is being built, the Puro Hotel is being rebuilt and the Hotel Gdańsk is located.

Hotel The Bridge / Wrocław
DESIGN
The Bridge Hotel will be located in Wrocław in the Śródmieście district, will be located at 9 Katedralny Street at the Józef’s junction. Construction of the building took off in the fourth quarter of 2016 and will end in the first quarter of 2019. The usable area of this three-storey building will be nearly 12,000 sqm. The object is an investment of Tacit Development Polska JS, construction company Strabag from Pruszków is the general contractor, while the architectural concept was developed by Forum Architekci Lose Goncerzewicz.

DESIGN
Radisson Blu Hotel & Residences is being built in Zakopane, it will be located at 1 Wierchowa Street. The construction of the tourist infrastructure facility has started in November 2015 and will end in the fourth quarter of 2017. The total area of this seven-storey tourist infrastructure facility will be close to 27 thousand. m2. The general contractor of the investment is Eiffage Polska Budownictwo. In the neighborhood there is the Aquapark, the Aqua Hotel is being built and the Four Points by Sheraton building will be located.

Hampton by Hilton is a four-storey building that is being built in Oświęcim surrounded by Dąbrowskiego, Bulwary, Berka Joselewicz Street. It also functions under the name Hotel Haberfield. The construction of the property began in October 2016 and will end in February 2018. The building is a development project of Property Partner Investments with its registered office in Warsaw, the author of the project is the architectural office of Oświęcim – Susuł & Strama Architekci, while the general contractor was Condite.

The Holiday Inn Warsaw-City Center is a Warsaw high-rise building in the city center, located at Żelazna, Złota, Twarda streets. Construction of the edifice began in May 2016, and will end in March 2018. The usable floor area of this 17-storey building will exceed 14 thousand sqm. The architectural concept of the property was developed by the Danprojekt Plus studio in Warsaw and is a project of UBM Polska from Warsaw.
